Instructions (the necessities!!)

Hello all! Just following up with some tips and instructions to achieve success...It is very important to not slack on one's routine or you will fall behind. Checking in on this blog for instructions to up your game in basketball or volleyball is a must. If you are ever faced with the question of whether or not you want to better your skills that day, it means you do! Practicing each day will further enhance your ability to play the game. You can do so by doing the following:

  • following up on drills and training routines from the blog do complete
  • maintaining a healthy diet from the many provided on this page
  • watching videos of games or game highlights to help learn more and put these skills as a part of your own skillset
Doing these activities once a day or at least three times per week will be beneficial for you in the end. Following proper instruction and staying on top of your work is KEY! Being lazy and not practicing, training, or eating junk food are not the proper steps to take when looking for improvement to your figure, as well as your athletic skills. Of course I am not forcing you to practice, train, or follow a healthier diet, I am simply giving some advice to what I believe will be most beneficial for all of you.
